How To Deliver Excellent Presentations Every Time
The best presentations are planned whether the audience is 1 or 1,000.
You should never PANIC but you can use the word to help you remember the key points like this:
PANIC
P is for Purpose: What is the purpose of the presentation or meeting? What are you trying to achieve?
A is for Audience: Find out as much about your audience as possible and focus your presentation accordingly.
N is for Needs: What are the needs of your audience? Information? Encouragement? Clarification?
I is for Information: Collate and prepare your information, not too little, not too much.
C is for Communication: Plan the structure of your presentation.
Always use the PANIC model to refine your delivery.
Good Luck!
