Good Or Bad Decision Making?
There are only two factors that will tell you if you have made a good decision or not – regardless of the context, scale and scope of that decision a good decision is judged on:
- The quality of that decision
- The likelihood of that decision actually being implemented and having an impact
These two factors are also linked very closely to the task that needs to be completed, the quality of the people who are required to carry it out and their relationship to the person who made the decision in the first place.
Think about how this might be played out BEFORE you launch into the next series of decisions!
