What Should be in MY Personal Development Plan?
The effective manager should have a Personal Development Plan (PDP) that contains the following as a minimum:
Communication, IT, Working with others, Application of number, Improving own
Self-management, Organisational management, Interacting with others, Decisions,
Information research, Information service and organisational management,
Information systems, Environment
If your organisation’s PDP framework does not contain the above make sure that you use the contents for your own personal development framework.
