The list could be endless but as a minimum try to avoid the following traps!

Poor communication (content, style, approach)

Disengaged and disinterested in the organisation and the team

Toxic “atmosphere”

Not sharing information

Knowledgeable but no conviction

Shows a lack of direction

Lack of self confidence

Lacks engagement and involvement

Failure to project a professional image

Limited desire to improve and develop on a personal and professional basis

Fails to manage poor performance

Takes credit for the work of others

Pushes blame onto the tem rather than taking the criticism themselves

Just doing the bare minimum!

Resisting change an new developments

Not leading by example

Not investing personal time in self-development and understanding systems
