  2. Making plans for every action: no spontaneity or learning is necessary!
  3. Move managers around frequently and at short notice so that they never get to know anything else but just general management. Never allow managers to develop specific skills and knowledge!
  4. Always be totally objective: this reduces any subjectivity and you will be treating staff just like objects rather than resources to be fully developed.
