Put simply: trust your staff to look after each customer in the way that they feel is best for that customer. This means the following:

  • Staff should always look immaculate and very much look the part
  • Get as much money in the Till as is possible

Nothing much else to it – your staff represent YOU so make sure they do what YOU would do – win customers, keep them and excite them!
