Personal Success Audit – Being a Successful Leader

Consider the following key questions and be honest with yourself in answering them. Unless you are supremely lucky to have a committed and enthusiastic Mentor working with you make sure that you ask yourself them on a regular basis and chart your progress accordingly!

Remember – there are no right or wrong answers, only answers that are relevant and meaningful for you.

·         Development need identified: What skills and knowledge do I need to develop?

·         Action planning;  What do I need to do to develop the skills and knowledge identified?

  • Who can support and help me?

  • How and when will I review my progress?

  • What is my target date for achievement

Successful leaders always stop to evaluate how they are performing and then review how to move forward.
