Three Brilliant Interview Questions

Putting aside all of the complicated social dances and conventions of the interview process the three basic questions ALL Interviewers want to ask are as follows;

  1. Can you do the job?
  2. Will you love the job?
  3. Can we tolerate working with you?

The questions focus very neatly upon strengths, motivation and fit. Nothing else actually matters.


No-one cares about the Interviewee. The only real concern should be upon what they can do for the organisation; it’s all about matching strengths, motivation and fit to the organisation.

Why not just ask the three questions and save lots of time and energy?
