- Letting managers feel confident enough in their teams and employees to let go some of the binds around them and allow them to take responsibility themselves. Support this with positive feedback and advice/guidance and suggestions for improvement.
- Self-belief. This should be developed and encouraged by allowing people to learn and develop. This will mean making mistakes from time to time but this is acceptable as long as people learn from their mistakes and grow as individuals.
